Holding an an MBA in Advanced Business Leadership from the University of Gothenburg/VGU and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Positivo University, Curitiba, Brazil, Jeferson brings over 20 years of international experience in the commercial vehicles industry.

Since joining UD Trucks in 2018, he has led commercial activities and strategy for East Africa, Iraq, and Pakistan. Jeferson manages business development across eight countries, coaching partners, and ensuring customer success. His focus on developing new markets and initiating partnerships in East Africa has been instrumental in expanding UD Trucks’ presence and impact in the region.

Prior to taking up this role, Jeferson held positions at Volvo Trucks where he managed Sales Order Planning & Delivery for East Asia and served as Sales and Order Planning Senior Manager for China. He successfully implemented Sales & Operations Planning processes while driving KD business development initiatives that resulted in cost savings.

Jeferson is based in UD Trucks’ regional headquarters in Dubai, UAE.
