As the Sales Director of Powertech Mobility, Vinay is responsible for developing key growth strategies for Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure solutions and establishing crucial partnerships with facility management, end-users and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) contractors backed by demonstrable project accomplishments at leading shopping malls and commercial sectors. His expertise lies in aligning the firm’s accomplished task force with client objectives to comprehensively investigate and deliver EV charging solutions and manage project execution minimizing downtime and boosting efficiency. He has held his current position for the past 6 years constantly endeavouring to identify complementary revenue streams while enabling the firm to offer one-stop-shop solutions.

Previously he was the Sales Director for Powertech Switchgear Industries for 4 years – the parent firm of Powertech Mobility and a leading homegrown service provider for Low Voltage (LV) switchgear power distribution boards and services over the past 30 years.

Before joining Powertech, Vinay was engaged in the events and conferences industry overlooking every element from commencement to conclusion of events, liaising with external suppliers, developing marketing collateral and managing complete venue setups. In this regard, he has worked with influential firms such as Congress Solutions International (part of Emirates Group), ITP Media Group and various art and design consultancies for events.

Vinay holds an MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing from Strathclyde University, a postgraduate diploma in Events Marketing and Innovation Management from EMDI Institute of Media & Communications and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from the National American University.
